You’re also advised to avoid fast foods of any form. Just cook at home instead. This is a healthier and cheaper alternative. Most importantly, you’d be forced to eat less. So in a restaurant, avoid the dessert menu, a second helping, or side dishes. From $400 per weekday, you can now cut that to $200 or less. Imagine living this lifestyle and envision your savings. From $700 expenses it could be down to $400. That’s $300 in savings a month. Most importantly, you would have lost weight in the process.
